These Terms govern your use of Agent I and are provided by:

2. Service description
Agent I is a SaaS platform for salon operations including AI-assisted booking flows, conversation handling over connected channels (including Facebook, Instagram, and AI phone reception), and integrations with third-party systems such as Google Calendar.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless cancelled.
- Pricing, billing periods, and included quotas are shown in-product.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; payment processing is subject to Stripe terms and policies.
- You authorize recurring charges until cancellation according to your plan terms.
5. Right of withdrawal and refund policy
Agent I is a digital service that begins immediately upon subscription activation or trial commencement.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@arenix.info. Please include the email address associated with your account.
- Refund requests received after the 14-day window, or for subscription renewals outside that window, are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
- Section 5 applies to the Agent I SaaS subscription only. It does not apply to the Phone Number Add-on (Section 17), including setup fees, monthly phone subscription fees, or optional human-transfer add-on fees.
- If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge.
- Cancellation of a subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date; no partial-period refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
6. AI booking quota policy
- Only AI-created bookings are billable for quota usage.
- Billing is recorded at booking creation time using a billing timestamp.
- Grace window: if an AI booking remains pending and is cancelled/deleted within 1 hour, quota may be refunded.
- If a booking was confirmed, later cancellation/deletion does not remove the billing event.
7. Integrations
Integrations depend on third-party services and APIs (including Meta, Google, Stripe, Clerk). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by those providers.
8. Meta integration terms
If you connect Meta channels, you agree that data handling via those channels is also subject to applicable Meta platform terms and policies.
OAuth credentials used for these integrations are treated as sensitive credentials and are intended to be stored encrypted at rest with access limited to authorized service components.
9. Google API limited-use statement
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
10. Security measures
- Encryption in transit for service communications.
- Encrypted-at-rest storage intent for sensitive integration credentials.
- Least-privilege access controls for internal systems and operators.
- Operational monitoring, logging, and incident-response procedures.
11. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use of the service.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security.
- No misuse of third-party integrations in violation of provider terms.
12. Intellectual property
The service, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal requirements, or security reasons.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
16. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Phone Number Add-on
- The Phone Number Add-on is a separate service from your Agent I SaaS subscription, with separate billing (setup fee, monthly inbound subscription, and optional human-transfer add-on).
- Inbound calls to your Agent I number are answered by an AI voice assistant powered by ElevenLabs. At the start of each call, callers hear a verbal disclosure identifying the assistant as AI and noting that the call may be recorded and shared with service providers.
- Voice processing is subject to applicable third-party provider terms, including ElevenLabs platform terms and telecom provider policies.
- You are responsible for using the phone channel lawfully, including compliance with applicable telecom and call-recording rules in your jurisdiction.
- When you order a phone number, we provision it through third-party telecom providers. This may incur immediate, non-refundable third-party costs once the number is assigned, even if you do not complete activation.
- A number is not active and will not receive calls until you complete payment of the displayed fees.
- Where identity verification (KYC) is required, you must submit verification within 5 days of ordering the number. After KYC approval (or immediately for numbers that do not require KYC), you must complete payment within 5 days.
- We send reminder emails when 2 days remain before a deadline. If a deadline is missed, we may automatically release the number without refund of provisioning costs already incurred.
- Do not forward your public salon line until the number status shows Active in Agent I.
- Phone add-on fees are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal policy in Section 5 once provisioning has been requested.
